Blogger beware!
With the tiniest of blogs, comes the greatest of responsibilities: to blog something frequently. How I envy the blogger who suffers no bloggers' block, and is able to blog away at will.
Blessed are those blasé bloggers, for they shall inherit an audience.
I am certain that Blogdom is littered with its share of carcasses of failed Blogeratti, the aspiring multitude that aspired, but unlike the little engine that could, couldn't.
But for every blogger fallen, rises another, like the Phoenix from the ashes, and Blogspace refuses to be shut down. It marks time in its relentless march to Blogfinity, which is where all conscientious bloggers are promised a permanent place in Blogdom.
So, what is the point?
The point is, I started this dang blog. Seemed like a good idea at the time. Now, how do I keep the darn thing going? What do I blog? Surely the readers of blogs do not want to learn about my hemorrhoids (don’t have any), or my dog’s fleas (don’t have a dog) or even that broken coffee machine I was waxing eloquent about a couple of days ago?
Hmm, quite a quandary! On the other hand, perhaps not. If experience is any teacher, more than half the voyeuristic population of blog-readers is just waiting for the opportunity to peek into the blogger mind. Figure out what makes him tick... er, blog. So, I guess I will keep it like that for a while. With promises of sordid vistas of blogger-soul shall I hold thee, gentle (ugh!) blog–reader, in suspended cyber-animation, as it were.
But, deliver one must, tout de suit! (and, the tooter the sweeter), and I shall make haste to do so.
For, when all is said and done (… you know: like, stuff -- the hurly-burly, battles lost and won…), bloggers are overrated. It is not the Bolgeratti, but the Blogliterati that matter. You, gentle (ugh!) blog-reader, hold sway over all. Thou art Omnipotent. Thou art The Bloghead.
Without thee, there is no Blogspace.
See ya. Till the next time I have a brain… er, blogwave.
